We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back to us.
Pack Your Items
Carefully wrap your pottery in its original box, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent any breakage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
